If you already have your own suppliers in Bali but cannot be here to personally make your orders, oversee production, quality control, packing & shipping, we can help.

Along with our own catalogue of products, we also regularly represent clients as their agent in Bali.

As your agent, we're able to offer the following services in Bali:

• Handling contact between you and your supplier so that everyone understands exactly what's required -- no miscommunication.
• Advising you if, from our experience, you're paying too high a price or not getting the best possible quality at the price.
• Suggesting alternative suppliers or product lines where appropriate.
• Placing deposits on orders and following up with your suppliers throughout production to ensure everything will be finished in good time.
• Intensive quality control of your products at the end of production and, in the event of any rejects, organising repairs or substitutes.
• Photographing your products before packing.
• Organising picking up, packing up and shipping of your products if you don't already have your own arrangements.

Pricing & Charges for Our Bali Based Agent Service

Indonesia Export charges a 10% commission over invoice value. That means, if you spend US$100.00 on product, we'll charge you a further US$10.00 as your agent.

If you don't have your own cargo solution, we will be happy to organise picking up and packing your products for shipment -- our standard charges are as follows based on single face packing (no wood crates or custom boxing) mixed container loads of handicrafts or handicrafts and furniture:

How to get Started with us as your agent in Bali

We require your order to be at least US$3,000.00 total invoice value however, if you're also ordering US$2,000.00 worth of product from the Indonesia Export catalogue, there is no minimum invoice amount for the agent service.

You prepare your orders and advise us contact details for your suppliers.

We visit your suppliers, confirm all pricing with an invoice and send you the details.

Once you have confirmed your order, we'll add our commission to your invoice and ask that you make payment of the commission in advance -- in other words, if the total commission for a full container order comes to US$1,000.00, we'll ask you to make payment of the commission before we start work on your order.

We accept payment by PayPal, most major credit cards (via PayPal) and wire transfer (TT).

When you're ready to start production or make your purchase, you can either transfer the sum of all deposits to us or direct to your suppliers (up to you).

We guarantee our work as your agent -- if there is a problem, we'll work with you to review any issue and, if we're responsible, we'll return our agent fee on those items with minimum hassle. As your agent, we cannot return the full value of your product. We cannot refund shipping charges in part of full.
