If you already have your own suppliers in Bali but cannot be here to personally make your orders, oversee production, quality control, packing & shipping, we can help.
Along with our own catalogue of products, we also regularly represent clients as their agent in Bali.
We require your order to be at least US$5,000.00 total invoice value however, if you're also ordering US$2,000.00 worth of product from the Indonesia Export catalogue, there is no minimum invoice amount for the agent service.
For orders between US$5,000.00 to US$10,000.00, Indonesia Export charges a 15% commission over invoice value. That means, if you spend US$100.00 on product, we'll charge you a further US$15.00 as your agent.
For orders over US$10,000.00, we charge a 10% commission over invoice value. That means, if you spend US$100.00 on product, we'll charge you a further US$10.00 as your agent.
If you don't have your own cargo solution, we will be happy to organise picking up and packing your products for shipment -- our standard charges are as follows based on single face packing (no wood crates or custom boxing) mixed container loads of handicrafts or handicrafts and furniture:

We accept payment by Wire Transfer / TT and PayPal. Note that while PayPal is quick and convenient, it is not cheap: PayPal's own transaction fees and currency exchange rates mean there will be an additional processing fee of between 5% and 7% -- this will be added to your invoice and confirmed before you make your deposit to start production. Note: Letters of Credit are not available due to the complexities of the Indonesian banking system.
All purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment out of Indonesia. Orders begin with a 50% deposit against production with the balance due before shipping.
You prepare your orders and advise us contact details for your suppliers.
We visit your suppliers, confirm all pricing with an invoice and send you the details.
Once you have confirmed your order, we'll add our commission to your invoice and ask that you make payment of the commission in advance -- in other words, if the total commission for a full container order comes to US$1,000.00, we'll ask you to make payment of the commission before we start work on your order.
Transit time is usually 3-5 weeks depending on how far you're located from Bali. Shipping to Hamburg would be 5 weeks, shipping to Sydney would probably be 3 weeks.
Products are not guaranteed. You may report issues and problems within 2 weeks of receipt of your shipment. After review, if we agree the issue is our responsibility, we will return or credit our agent fee on those items.
Custom orders are welcome. There is no charge for custom orders.
Sample orders are welcome. There is a US$50.00 surcharge on sample orders. This surcharge is in addition to the actual sample costs and shipping fees.
