A collection of very smooth, very clean teak, sono & mahogany wood trays and coaster sets from Java, Indonesia.
We like them not only because they look contemporary but also because they pack well — more bang for your buck in terms of shipping costs. So, along with lamps, mirrors & picture frames, a very welcome addition to any furniture order.
Check out the range:

First time I saw these products, I was pretty impressed. Large, thick, recycled glass sculptures — kind of thing you’d expect to see as the centerpiece of a hotel lobby or law firm.
Handmade like everything else we do.

We’ve just added 20 or so new models to our Teak Root Furniture line.
Single and double seater chairs, some trays and a few very nifty shelves (possibly just what you need for an outstanding retail display centerpiece).
You can see the whole Teak Root Furniture line by going to:

This is one of my favourite types of furniture — old teak can be gnarled, knotted, twisted and warped but it always retains its character, tone and grain.
Furniture and cabinet makers then take the original pieces and work with them to make chairs, shelves and objects that are useful but work around the character of the wood itself.
End result: one of a kind furniture.
The updates are online:

Note that the most recent additions are all coded FOT-0200 and up — you can search just the new stuff by clicking here:

I know, I know… it’s a bizarre thought but Christmas always begins with a long run up in the retail business and even more so in the import and wholesale businesses.
It’s July 18th in Bali — most of our orders take at the very least a month to produce but 6 weeks is the norm. Sea Cargo shipping is another 4 weeks to most destinations and add in another week on top of that just to clear customs and so on.
That means if you order from us today, you can expect the products in your store for unpacking, inventory and displaying around October 3rd.
A little early for Christmas perhaps but not too early to start planning.
Our best guess is that most people would need their stocks ready by mid-November at the latest and that means that while today you might have 159 shopping days left ’till Christmas; you really only have around 40 IMPORTING days left ’till Christmas.
With that in mind, enjoy our updates to Christmas Decorations:
http://www.indonesiaexport.com/frame.php?category=Christmas+Tree+Decorations
All the new models start with CHD-700 and up — if you want to see only those, you can run a search or click here:

Enjoy & Merry Christmas (ho,ho,ho).

We’ve just added over one hundred new models of lampshade to the category… bringing us to 458 lampshade models in all.
These additions are of the mostly wrought iron and leather type — compared to the original line, however, we’re looking at a step up in terms of detailing and many more vivid colors, patterns & motifs.
See the additions at:
http://www.indonesiaexport.com/frame.php?category=Lampshades
(Note: these latest models all start with ‘SWL’ at the beginning of the product code).

Just writing that title (’Stepping Stones from Indonesia Export‘) makes me want to say all sorts of goofy, quite silly things or dig up some inspiring yet irrelevant quote… oh well, don’t worry, we won’t lead you down the garden path… sorry.
Mosaics and / or patterns made from pebbles, lava stone, chips of terracotta, patterned in wet concrete, brushed and buffed, ready for the garden. Simple but neat.

Enjoy & remember:
One should never fear sorrow because it is the stepping stone to happiness…

A selection of Mother of Pearl (Capiz) lampshades, table lamps and candleholders.
We were asked to supply these to a few of our customers and, once we saw them, decided everyone might like to take a look.
See them by going to:
http://www.indonesiaexport.com/frame.php?category=Capiz
We’ll have more models and types going up over the next week or two.
One last note: Capiz or Mother of Pearl products are made from the outer shell of farmed oysters. These shells are not restricled in any way under international law - production poses no threat to the environment and they’re perfectly legal to import.
Enjoy,
Sean

First time we saw these products, we thought they were cute but we really hadn’t realised how big the market is for them around the world.
A quick search through Google or Yahoo will bring up thousands of websites talking about Fountains for the wall, table and desk. Most of those, you’ll find, are made from resin — probably mass produced in China.
Those of you who know us, will already understand that we can’t get our hands on resin very easily and all of our stuff is made by hand…
… so, here you go: handmade, terracotta, bamboo & stone fountains — most of them up to the 12 inch / 30 cm mark in terms of height.
Important: we won’t be supplying any of the electrical equipment like the pumps or cables but these are usually easily available in your home country.

If you’re wondering where we’ve hidden all of our jewelry lines, you’ll need to take a quick hop over to our other domain: Beads-Bali.com.
We know that Jewelry Buyers do business very differently from handicraft and furniture buyers so here are some notes before you go:
Minimum Orders: we know that jewelry buyers aren’t likely to be buying container loads of silver beads out of Bali and we also know that because of the “fashion” aspect of jewelry, many people will need to sample products before making their investments — with that in mind, we’ve set minimum orders at US$100.00.
Beads-Bali is set up for small (usually courier) shipments — all shipping charges (including packing material and all the other extras) are included in the online prices.
Just as with Indonesia Export, we’ll be happy to consolidate your shipments — meaning, if you are buying products from other companies in addition to our own, we will happily cooperate with them to get all the products together to make the whole thing one shipment thus, easier and more cost-effective for you.
Custom orders are welcome and will not be included in the online catalogue for other customers.
Beads-Bali carries the same guarantee as Indonesia Export: we guarantee all of our products — if there is a problem with your order because of an error on our part (of any kind), then we will assume responsibility and credit you in full against your next order or transfer back your payment.
In the event that there is a problem, we may ask you to return the products to us (we’ll pay the shipping fees) before we return your money or issue a credit against your next order.
Ok, I guess we’re all done with the serious stuff, enjoy the new catalogue:
