Please take the time to read through all of our terms and conditions very carefully — if you feel you’re unclear on any part or need further information, please contact us.
Production
- Catalogue items are production, not stock. Most handicraft orders take 3-4 weeks production time. Large orders can take up to six weeks. Orders of furniture and very large handicrafts can take up to six weeks. We will estimate your order timing before starting your order.

- Catalogue items are handmade to order by crafters in Bali and across Indonesia. Colours, sizes and styles vary from product to product. Product may differ slightly from catalogue image.
Payment
- Orders begin with a 50% deposit against production with the balance due before shipping. All purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment out of Indonesia.
- We accept payment by Wire Transfer / TT and PayPal. Note that while PayPal is quick and convenient, it is not cheap: PayPal’s own transaction fees and currency exchange rates mean there will be an additional processing fee of between 5% and 7% — this will be added to your invoice and confirmed before you make your deposit to start production. Note: Letters of Credit are not available due to the complexities of the Indonesian banking system.
Prices
- Catalogue prices are for the products only and do not include packing material or any freight related charges. Other than packing and freight, however, there are no other charges (taxes, commissions, etc.).
- Prices may change — we will confirm pricing after reviewing your order list and bring any changes to your attention before starting production.
- Our prices are already set for wholesale buyers. Discounts may be available for higher volume orders of particular models. We cannot discount orders based on total dollar value of the order.
- Catalogue products shipped by us are fully guaranteed. If there is a problem with your products and it is not related to shipping or handling, we will issue a full refund. Issues and returns must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt and photographs must be provided. We will not issue refunds or credit for reports later than 2 weeks. We cannot be responsible for items shipped by a 3rd party — this means that if you’re using a separate shipping company, please have them perform the product check for you before shipping out of Indonesia.
Shipping
- As mentioned above, catalogue prices do not include shipping charges. We will estimate packing material and shipping charges for you before starting your order. You’re welcome to use your own shipper from our warehouse or have us pack your order and handle the local freight portion.
- Packing, labelling and preparing and order for shipment usually takes 5 days for up to 30 cubic meters.
- Transit time is usually 3-5 weeks depending on how far you’re located from Bali. Shipping to Hamburg would be 5 weeks, shipping to Sydney would probably be 3 weeks.
- We strongly recommend you insure your shipment. If you receive a shipment that seems to have been damaged in transit, please report immediately to the shipper and provide photographs. We cannot help you with a claim if you miss this step.
Mixed Orders of Small Handicrafts, Jewellery & Textiles
Does not include fragile items like mirrors, terracotta pots, glass items. Does not include very large or very heavy items items like furniture, oversized carvings or stoneware.
- Minimum Order: US$3,000.00
- Production Lead Time: 4 weeks approximately.
- Shipping by air freight or less than container load (LCL) sea cargo. We can organise shipping to your port, you will need to organise a customs broker to clear customs on your side and you will need to organise delivery to your door.
- Transit time is usually 3-5 weeks depending on how far you’re located from Bali. Shipping to Hamburg would be 5 weeks, shipping to Sydney would probably be 3 weeks.
- Stock Status: stock is usually not available but you’re always welcome to ask us if you need your order more quickly.
Large Handicrafts & Furniture
Includes fragile items like mirrors, terracotta pots, glass items, very large and very heavy items items like furniture, oversized carvings and stoneware.
- Minimum Order: US$3,000.00
- Production Lead Time: 6 weeks approximately. We will advise you more details on lead time when we confirm your order.
- Shipping by full container only. We can organise shipping to your port, you will need to organise a customs broker to clear customs on your side and you will need to organise delivery to your door.
